A: Personally Identifiable Information: PII
Logink.com collects information from the users of the Site at several different
points on the Site. For example, we collect and/or request information when a
user:

2) Inquires about availability of a product
3) Subscribes to our Newsletter
4) As required by law
- Information collected when placing an order:
Our Site is designed for the user to navigate and make a purchase of a product.
In the event the user decides to make a purchase and places an order, we will
collect the following information:
First name, Last name, complete Billing address, complete Shipping address,
Contact (phone) number, Credit or Debit Card information and E-mail address
This data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order and it
is with the understanding that the information should be kept confidential and
secure at all times. We may use this data to contact the customer in connection
with their order or new promotions and discounts.
- Information collected when inquiring about a product:
The user may inquire about the availability of a product by submitting their
request via email. We require that the user provide either an e-mail address or
a contact (phone) number to receive information regarding their inquiry.
- Information collected when you subscribe to our Newsletter
To subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, you will need to provide your e-mail
address. Your email address will be used to periodically send you the latest
Site announcements and updates including discount coupons and promotions.
Except as described in this Privacy Statement, we will not sell or rent your
e-mail address. Logink.com may share e-mail addresses with reputable third
parties e-mail delivery systems in order to help Logink.com provide better
service to consumers such as making sure our discounts and promotions are
delivered properly to our customers. These third parties agree and expressly
warrant that they will not use your information for their own marketing

SECURITY INFORMATION AND POLICY:
Strong precautions are taken to protect the information of the users of our
Site. When users submit sensitive information via the Site, that information is

We do not keep any credit/debit card information:
When the user submits his/ her order the user’s credit/debit card information is
purged. Returning customers will require to re-enter their credit/debit card
information.
Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution such
as your bank that receives the credit card number and other personal identifying
information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
PCI Compliance:
Logink.com is PCI compliant and adheres to PCI (payment card industry)
compliance standards for data security.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are network security and
business practice guidelines adopted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover Card, and JCB to establish a “minimum security standard” to protect
